We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Bradford. This is a hybrid, permanent opportunity offering up to £38,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the business, with a strong focus on Employee Relations and absence management. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical, commercial and solutions-focused HR support in a fast-paced environment.

  • Managing end-to-end Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters
  • Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters
  • Supporting investigations, hearings and appeals, ensuring best practice and legal compliance
  • Providing clear, consistent advice in line with company policy and current employment legislation
  • Assisting with policy updates and continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required

Proven experience in an HR Advisor role

Strong ER experience, managing cases end to end with minimal supervision

Experienced in coaching and supporting managers in a commercially focused environment
