Salary: £28,000

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the Central Services team. The role will support a range of HR projects led by the HR Manager and play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Manage Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance
  • Prepare HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation

About You

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
  • Previous experience in an HR role with ER case exposure
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-led environment
  • Professional, confidential, and approachable
