Ashley Kate HR & Finance is seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave on a fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with travel 2-3 times weekly to other sites within the region.
You will work closely with managers, directors and partners, providing expert HR support across multiple sites, driving regional people plans and leading People Experience projects and continuous improvement efforts.
