Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with our global client as they recruit a Talent & Development Advisor into their established Talent & HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Talent or L&D professional who enjoys coordinating learning and talent initiatives, building relationships, and providing first-class administrative support.

Working closely with the Talent & Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning programmes, talent initiatives and development activities across the UK business.

The Role

  • Assisting with annual training plans, budgets and development schedules.
  • Coordinating training programmes, workshops and development initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery and a positive employee experience.
  • Supporting rollout of leadership development programme
  • Managing learning records, training schedules and development data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaising with external training providers to organise courses, bookings and logistics.
  • Supporting and rollout of group-wide learning and development programmes
  • Supporting the maintenance of learning resources, intranet content and development communications.
  • Producing reports, tracking participation and helping measure the effectiveness of learning activities.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for learning and development queries from managers and employees.
  • Coordinating training programmes, workshops and development initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery and a positive employee experience.
  • Providing administrative support for performance and talent review processes.

About You

  • Previous experience within Learning & Development or Talent, role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience coordinating activities, events, projects or training programmes.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR/Learning Management Systems where applicable.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to develop within the Talent & Development field.
  • CIPD qualification or studying towards CIPD
