Are you a hands-on HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, people-driven environments? Do you enjoy being out in the business, building relationships, coaching leaders and making a visible impact where it matters most?

We’re partnering with a dynamic, growing organisation to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner supporting multiple high-energy sites across the South, including Bournemouth, Farnham, Eastleigh, Gosport and surrounding areas. This is not a desk-based role. It’s a true business partnering position, working closely with operational leaders in environments that are busy, varied and often unpredictable.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to General Managers and their teams, supporting them through the realities of running demanding, people-heavy operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with GMs and leadership teams to build capability, confidence and consistency
  • Coaching and developing managers at all levels, from new leaders to experienced operators
  • Supporting across the full HR spectrum including employee relations, performance, engagement, culture and talent
  • Acting as the go-to for complex, real-world people challenges in fast-moving environments
  • Embedding values, leadership behaviours and people frameworks across the region
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, enabling them to stay focused on strategic priorities
  • Navigating high-volume, operational sites where peak activity runs into evenings
  • Supporting environments with diverse teams and varying workplace cultures
  • Engaging with third-party HR providers where required
  • Contributing to areas requiring sound judgement, including safeguarding considerations

About You

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or similar high-volume, multi-site environments
  • A natural coach who enjoys developing others, particularly emerging leaders
  • Comfortable working in operational, sometimes challenging environments
  • Approachable, pragmatic and solutions-focused in your HR style
  • Able to balance commercial awareness with a strong people focus
  • Energised by being on site, building relationships and influencing in real time
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to navigate pace and ambiguity
  • Willing and able to travel extensively across the region
