Are you an experienced HR Generalist available for a contract role? Ashley Kate are supporting our client based in the Dudley area, as they recruit a People Business Partner on a 6 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave (Hybrid). This is an exciting role to join a busy HR function during a period of exciting change. We are seeking a HR professional who is passionate about people and building strong relationships, a candidate who can be instrumental in leading key initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, whilst enhancing employee engagement, and developing talent at all levels!

The role:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people initiatives, analysing key areas for focus
  • Support management and provide expert guidance on employee relations issues
  • Support talent development initiatives to ensure attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Develop People processes
  • Support the delivery of performance management processes, identifying future leaders within the business
  • Support any change or ad hoc HR projects

We seek an experienced HR Business Partner, who can start immediately. To be considered you will be CIPD qualified or studying towards, and you will have experience in the above areas ideally within a large, fast-paced environment.
