Are you looking to join a fantastic company? Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to expand their HR team.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

– Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.

– Support with Recruitment processes.

– Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.

– Oversee the on boarding and leavers process.

– Support the wider HR team to implement employee engagement processes when required.

We are looking for:

– Proven HR background working true generalist roles.

– Hands on experience managing ER casework, including complex ER cases.

– Experience within a fast paced environment.

– Excellent attention to detail.

– Competent user of Microsoft Office.

– Ideally CIPD qualified.
