We\’re Hiring: Finance Manager Location: South Kirkby Role Type: Full-time – Office Based Are you a numbers whiz with a talent for strategy and leadership? Ready to step into a key role where your insights really make an impact? We\’re looking for a Finance Manager who\’s ready to take charge of financial operations, guide smart decision-making, and support long-term business growth. You\’ll be joining a dynamic and innovative team that specialises in manufacturing cutting-edge solutions for the energy and engineering sector. What You\’ll Be Doing * Develop and execute financial strategies that support business expansion * Manage budgets and deliver accurate financial forecasts * Prepare financial statements and lead on audit processes * Identify financial risks and drive cost-saving initiatives * Ensure compliance with financial regulations * Provide commercial insight and engage with senior leadership and external partners * Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team What We\’re Looking For * A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) * Proven experience in finance management * Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action * Knowledge of financial compliance and risk management * Excellent leadership and communication skills Working Hours * Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm * Friday: 8:00am-1:30pm * 37.5 hours per week * Closed on Bank Holidays & annual Christmas shutdown Perks & Benefits * Competitive salary (based on experience) * 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), with increases over time * Christmas shutdown * Early finish every Friday * Two paid 15-minute breaks + 30-minute unpaid lunch * Specsavers vouchers * Free on-site parking * Free workplace health check-ups * Salary sacrifice scheme * Death in service cover * 24/7 unlimited access to GP services for you and your immediate family * Career progression in a thriving business * A supportive and collaborative work culture About Us We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
