Location: Corsham, Wiltshire

Hours: 39/week (Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm)

About Us

The company has over 60 years of manufacturing experience. We operate 11 CNC lathes (Puma Lynx to Puma 700) and 2 CNC mill/turn machines, all using Fanuc controls. We are expanding and seeking a reliable, skilled CNC Machinist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture precision components to CAD drawings
  • Set, operate, and (ideally) program CNC lathes
  • Run multiple machines during peak periods
  • Inspect parts to maintain quality standards
  • Maintain tooling and program records
  • Suggest improvements to machining methods and programs
  • Follow health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with CNC lathes
  • Apprentice trained (preferred)
  • CAD/CAM experience (advantageous)
