CNC Turning Cell Lead
Location:Corsham, Wiltshire
Hours:39/week (MonThu 8am5pm, Fri 8am1pm)

About Us
The company has over 60 years of experience in manufacturing. We operate 11 CNC lathes (Puma Lynx to Puma 700) and 2 CNC mill/turn machines, all using Fanuc controls. We are growing and looking for an experienced CNC Cell Lead to manage production flow and machining quality.
Key Responsibilities

Manage CNC turning cell operations and workflow to meet production targets

Review NCRs with QA and investigate job overruns with the Production Manager

Ensure compliance with AS9100 procedures

Attend production meetings as needed

Manufacture components to CAD drawings

Set, operate, and program CNC lathes

Maintain tooling and program records

Inspect parts for quality

Suggest improvements to processes and programming

Promote and maintain health and safety standards
Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience on CNC lathes

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

Apprentice trained (preferred)

CAD/CAM experience (advantageous)
