Mechanical Contracts Manager Vacancy Location – Cirencester Salary – £55,000 DOE We have a new opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager for my client in Cirencester. Our client is a well-known design and building contractor in the region and due to commercial growth are looking to add an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to their high performing team. This role suits an Mechanical Contracts Manager who is looking for a long-term fit as my client prides themselves on further progression and career development opportunities. Mechanical Contracts Manager Role – – Procurement of relevant plant and materials and sub-contractor packages ensuring best value. – Analysis of labour resource requirements for the project and placement and control of labour and associated costs. Regular site visits monitoring works progress and ensuring the quality of work is to the required standard and on programme. – Liaising closely with other professionals, including clients, structural engineers, builders, architects and surveyors, and in-house project and design teams, building and maintaining relationships. – Ensuring that Risk Assessments and Method Statements are prepared and monitoring of Health & Safety issues in respect of on-site and off-site staff. Mechanical Contracts Manager Requirements – – Must have experience as Contracts Manager within building services. – Must have a Mechanical background. – Must be happy to travel when needed.
