We have a new opportunity for an experienced M&E Site Manager in Shropshire. This would be a permanent position. Our client is a family ran and well-established M&E contractor. Due to commercial growth, they are looking to add an experienced M&E Site Manager to their team. This role suits an experienced M&E Site Manager looking for a long-term opportunity as my client prides themselves on career progression and development.

M&E Site Supervisor Role
- Supervising day-to-day site operations across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Coordinate and manage M&E subcontractors and direct labour.
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and clients to maintain project progression.
- Monitor and maintain site health & safety, including RAMS and toolbox talks.
- Ensure quality assurance, snagging, and compliance with installation standards.
- Keep records of progress, report updates, and attend site meetings.
- Support commissioning activities and final handover.
M&E Site Supervisor Requirements
- Must have experience in managing electrical packages for new build industrial projects.
- Experience as a M&E Site Manager.
- 18th Edition and SMSTS.
