About the Role

Ashley Services is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation within the North West as they continue to expand their electrical division. Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Supervisor who is eager to play a key role in shaping a department that is undergoing significant development. This is not a traditional supervisory role, while you will hold the title of Electrical Supervisor, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad scope of responsibilities, including hands‑on installation work, project oversight, compliance, and supporting the strategic growth of the electrical team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with vision, energy, and leadership capability to influence their own career path within a strengthening division.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical installations meet current regulations and are delivered to the highest standards
• Monitor and uphold all Health & Safety requirements on site
• Oversee projects to ensure programmes are met or exceeded
• Conduct structured meetings with site teams, clients, and management
• Carry out testing and complete all associated certification
• Support and deliver small‑works installations
• Contribute to the physical installation and wider development of the electrical department

What We\’re Looking For

• A dynamic individual seeking a challenge and eager to contribute to a growing department
• C&G 18th Edition electrical installations (essential)
• Experience working within Healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of electrical systems across HV, LV, commercial, and industrial settings
• Evidence of stability and longevity in previous employment
• Ideally C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Ideally SSSTS or higher

Desirable additional certifications: Manual Handling, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence
