Ashley Services are working with a client looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee an electrical rewire contract across Bristol and the surrounding areas. This role would suit someone local to Bristol who has strong site experience, good organisational skills, and takes pride in delivering quality work on time. Works are Domestic, and will take place in both occupied and unoccupied properties.

Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily electrical rewire works across multiple sites
  • Attending sites daily to monitor progress, quality, and safety
  • Ensuring works are completed to the required standard and programme
  • Managing electricians and subcontractors on site
  • Liaising with clients, tenants, site teams, and office staff
  • Coordinating materials and dealing with electrical wholesalers
  • Ensuring jobs are adequately resourced and materials are available
  • Reporting progress, issues, and delays back to management
  • Carrying out quality checks and ensuring compliance with regulations and client expectations

Requirements

  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Strong electrical background
  • Previous experience supervising rewires or domestic electrical works
  • Good knowledge of electrical regulations and site compliance
  • Ability to manage labour, materials, and programme deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

  • 18th Edition
  • Testing and inspection qualification
  • Experience working in social housing or domestic refurbishment contracts
