What You’ll Do

As one of our Nurses, you’ll be a key part of our clinical team trusted, respected, and valued by residents, families, and colleagues alike. You’ll support each resident’s health and wellbeing through careful observation, safe medication management, and clear communication. You’ll lead by example, guiding your care team, making sound clinical decisions, and always placing dignity and independence at the heart of your care. Your days will be varied from writing thoughtful care plans to offering reassurance during difficult moments, but every shift will be filled with opportunities to make someone’s life better.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Experience in a care home is a plus but not essential. What matters most is that you’re kind, calm under pressure, and focused on delivering care that truly makes a difference. You’ll be someone who listens carefully, speaks with honesty, and shows up with compassion every single day.
