Night shift Nursing Sister Nursing – Ashgrove Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: Shift Type: Nightshift Contracted hours: 36 Ashgrove Care Home is a purpose-built service providing exemplary Residential and Nursing care for up to 65 residents.

We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Nightshift Nursing Sister to join our team.

What We Offer Pay negotiable, discussed at interview Contracted to 36 hours per week Paid breaks, Paid NMC registration Pension scheme, Onsite parking Paid PVG, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) What You Will Do As the Nightshift Nursing Sister, you will take clinical responsibility for the home throughout the night.
You will lead and support the care team on shift, ensuring residents receive safe, personalised care at all times.
Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring residents\’ health, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation.
You will also support handovers, promote dignity, comfort, and reassurance for residents, and ensure a calm and well-managed environment throughout the night.
