We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Support Assistant (LSA) to join our busy Real Estate and Property Litigation Teams in our Plymouth office on a full time basis. As an integral part of the LSA team, you’ll ensure the provision of an efficient and effective secretarial support service.
The role of the LSA is to provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support including meeting, communicating and interacting with clients when necessary, diary management, use of digital dictation (to include correspondence) and preparing and printing documents; along with wider responsibilities such as incoming and outgoing post, scanning, printing, arranging travel, preparing expense claims and any necessary meeting room preparations.
Who you are
Previous experience as an LSA is preferred, but not essential.
You\’ll be an enthusiastic, well-organised individual, who enjoys working as part of a busy team and independently. You will demonstrate an ability to respond to the needs of the business, acting professionally and ethically to protect the confidentiality of the firm and its people.
As a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for building effective working relationships across all levels.
