  • The role is Straight to Test (STT) Administrator for gastroenterology
  • To monitor the Electronic Referral System and help to identify patients who require a STT pathway alongside the consultants
  • Supporting consultants to manage the Straight to Test pathway for gastroenterology patients
  • Working as part of the wider Gastroenterology Admin team and supporting any additional tasks as required for the running of the service
  • Supporting consultants to review histology results
  • Managing the Straight to Test Pathway from end to end
  • Ensuring patients are dealt with in a timely manner and investigations ordered
  • Working with the Assistant Service Manager and Team Lead for Gastroenterology to ensure that patients on the waiting list have their STT pathway managed effectively
