Early Years Practitioner – Bridge Nursery
Bridge Nursery, based in central Ashford, is looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

Personal qualities:
- You must have the ability to adapt to the fast pace of nursery life and be able to offer exciting opportunities to our children on the spot.
- You are easily inspired and are driven to share your exciting ideas with our children’s young minds.
- You demonstrate initiative and motivation.
- You are committed to the role you play in our team, ensuring you are on time and prepared for the day ahead.
- Finally, you must be prepared to get messy!
In return, we will offer you:
- A four-day working week (working pattern of 1 x 7.30-4.45 shift, 3 x 7.30-6.30 shifts plus a day off in the week)
