Ashford School is seeking an experienced Head Groundsperson to lead the management and development of the school's extensive grounds and sports surfaces across both campuses. The post holder will oversee the Grounds Team, maintenance programmes and machinery, working closely with the Estates Manager and external contractors to support sporting and operational requirements.
You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, attractive and high-performing environment that reflects the school's values.
