We are looking to recruit an office administrator to join our front office team.
The hours we require are Monday to Friday 12:30-5pm / 22 hours a week.
The role includes (but is not limited to):
- Answering the phone and directing incoming calls
- Bought ledger processing: inclusive of updating ledger, payments and remittances
- Reconciling of credit card statements
- Filing hard copies
- Producing end of month account reports
- Processing and storing order related paperwork
- Courier booking and tracking
- Packing of some spares orders
- General office duties
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience of accounts administration
- Experience of Sage/CIM 50 or similar accounting system
- Good telephone manner
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Good literacy & numeracy
The ideal candidate would be:
- Willing to be flexible within this role
- Be prepared to cover holidays and sickness
