As a result of continued business growth, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to deliver services across a wide range of commercial buildings throughout the Kent area.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Undertake site risk assessment surveys of domestic water services in accordance with ACOP L8 requirements
- Produce electronic reports detailing remedial actions and maintenance regimes for clients
- Compile accurate schematic diagrams of domestic water systems
- Water analysis sampling
- You may at times be required to carry out other compliance tasks to ensure contractual commitments are met.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Approved legionella risk assessor qualification
- At least 2 years experience of working within the water hygiene industry with good knowledge of hot and cold-water systems
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills working to deadlines
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve
