As a Head of Inclusive Learning and Student Support with EKC Training, you will lead and develop an inclusive support service that enables learners with additional needs to achieve their full potential, both within education and in the workplace.

You will oversee the day‑to‑day management of the provision, ensuring high‑quality support is embedded across study programmes, apprenticeships, and training opportunities, contributing positively to learner success, wellbeing, independence, and progression. Working closely with curriculum teams, employers, support staff, parents/carers, and external agencies, you will help create inclusive learning and working environments where learners feel supported and empowered to succeed.

You will lead and develop a dedicated team, promote high standards of practice, and ensure support strategies are responsive to the individual needs of learners across a range of settings. You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the provision, ensuring Inclusive Learning Support remains learner‑focused, effective, and aligned to EKC Training’s commitment to inclusion, opportunity, and student success.
