About The Role

Lecturer of Maths at EKC Folkestone College. You will teach, train and assess students in various learning environments, ensuring a high‑quality learning experience. Your role includes supporting learners to achieve maximum potential and leading designated study programmes and/or courses, with key responsibility for ensuring the design, delivery and evaluation of the programme. We provide ongoing training and coaching through our Teacher Academy, offering digital skills support. If you do not have teaching experience or qualifications but are passionate about sharing knowledge, you are encouraged to apply.

About You

Strong background teaching Maths across all levels from entry level to Level 2 Functional Skills and GCSE. Highly organised and creative educator, able to plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that inspire learners. Strong interpersonal skills, positive and empathetic approach, and confidence to manage a classroom effectively. Tracks student progress and uses it to plan targeted support and interventions. Ideally have experience teaching or delivering training in the workplace, although this is not essential – full training is provided.
