About The Role
Are you passionate about Early Years? Turn your experience into impact and inspire the next generation of Early Years Professionals. EKC Group are seeking to appoint an Early Years Assessor to join our busy Ashford Campus. As an Assessor, you will support the organisation of work placements for learners, assess student work both theory and practical, and monitor attendance and progress in a range of work placements within childcare and care.
Some other responsibilities are:
- Visit and observe a variety of work placements
- Keep records of student assessments and other college documentation
- Provide feedback and guidance to learners
- Create and support an inclusive learning experience

About You
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised individual who is able to assess learners on placement at a variety of organisations from across the sector. As an Assessor at EKC Group, you will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the awarding bodies (NCFE) systems and requirements.
