About the Role

As a College Services Assistant you’ll play a key role in delivering effective and efficient administrative support as part of our busy College Support Services team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the processing of student enrolments, applications, exams and enquiries using corporate data systems
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, staff and visitors
  • Assisting with the day‑to‑day operation of the Service Help Desk
  • Reviewing and monitoring logged jobs and liaising with the appropriate support teams
  • Coordinating pool vehicle bookings and helping ensure services run smoothly
  • Contributing to a professional, organised and student‑focused college environment
