As an Apprenticeship Trainer at the East Kent Colleges Group campus in the heart of Canterbury, you will support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. You will assess learner progress in a range of workplace settings, deliver constructive feedback and guidance, carry out Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities, build relationships with learners and employers, and ensure training and assessment are delivered at the right time and in a way that meets both business needs and supports learners to reach their full potential.

About You:

We are looking for a highly competent and organised individual to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will hold Assessor qualifications D32-D33 or A1 or Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, and have achieved or be willing to work towards Internal Verifier qualification TDLB D34 or V1 or Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of setting and achieving challenging improvement targets and experience of successfully supporting training and assessing in a variety of contexts.
