About The Role
We are looking for an Apprenticeship trainer to join our largest campus in the bustling city of Canterbury! In the role, you will assess and support apprentices in a variety of environments, working towards timely completion. You will also carry out Internal Quality Assurance as required. Your role responsibilities will include providing assessment support for apprentices and employers (reviews, drop-in sessions, telephone/e-mail contacts) in a variety of contexts to ensure the timing and mode of delivery is appropriate to their needs and those of their employees.

About You
We are seeking to appoint a highly competent and organised individual to our team. The successful candidate will hold or be willing to work towards Assessor qualifications D32-D33 or A1 or Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and have achieved or be willing to work towards Internal Verifier qualification TDLB D34 or V1 or Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of setting and achieving challenging improvement targets and experience of successfully supporting training and assessing in a variety of contexts.
