About The Role
Manage our award-winning Resourcing Team - covering maternity leave until June 2027. Based in the idyllic Broadstairs coast, you will have a view of the sea, and time to grab an ice cream whilst you attract, source and hire amazing people to work for an employer of choice in our community across Kent.

Can you coordinate recruitment processes, manage exciting project work and drive forward our recruitment and resourcing agendas? You will be filling some key vacancies as well as ensuring we continue to give the best candidate experience for those joining us.
Key responsibilities
- Line management of a team, ensuring they are coached and supported to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Delivering a high-quality in-house recruitment service to the business and providing expert advice to hiring managers.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
- Building and maintaining a high-quality talent pool for forthcoming recruitment needs.
- Developing innovative resourcing campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate and timely recruitment reports.
- Developing and managing social media campaigns.

About You
To be successful in this role you will possess previous recruitment experience, preferably gained in-house and have a drive for ensuring candidates receive an exceptional service. You will have a positive team approach, be solution focused, adaptable to change, confident using social media channels and working with a range of different systems/databases. You will bring to the role strong communication skills and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service. You will be curious, this drives you to build networks, relationships and find solutions against the odds. What’s more, you’re innovative and technology savvy, with excellent attention to detail, and have what it takes to quickly align with our values and culture.
