EKC Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Digital Support Services Team Leader to play a key role in shaping and supporting our digital infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward‑thinking ICT professional who is passionate about delivering high‑quality digital services and leading continuous improvement across a dynamic educational environment.

In this position you will:

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance and performance of the Group’s ICT services.
  • Ensure reliable and effective technology support across the organisation.
  • Work closely with the Group Head and Director.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of EKC Group’s ICT strategy, helping to drive innovation, enhance digital services, and support the achievement of our wider organisational goals.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as the incident lead for major tickets.
  • Line‑manage a team.
  • Assist with project management of new IT requirements across the EKC Group.
  • Act as the initial escalation point for first‑ and second‑line support issues.
  • Assist triaging tickets in the ITSM system when required.
  • Assist in staff device replacement across the Group.
