EKC Group is seeking an experienced Business Insights professional to lead the development of employer intelligence, data‑driven insight, and impact evaluation across employer‑facing initiatives. The role will transform how we gather and use employer engagement data to shape business innovation, curriculum planning as part of the Employer Engagement Strategy, and employer partnership strategies. You will champion the Group's CRM as the single source of truth for employer engagement, advocating for data quality, system innovation, and reporting excellence, and will provide line management for our CRM Officer.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will combine labour market intelligence, employer feedback, and business data to identify emerging skills needs and shape responsive solutions for employers. A key aspect of the role will be designing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the impact of employer‑facing initiatives can be measured and communicated to stakeholders, funders, and business customers.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical capability, experience in CRM or similar systems management, and business intelligence skills, with a passion for using evidence and insight to drive meaningful organisational change and strengthen employer relationships. This role involves travel across our sites and to visit local employers.
