About The Role
East Kent Colleges Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its Marketing and Student Recruitment team. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing and Student Recruitment, as the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate the activities of the Marketing Team to promote the educational offer and learner experiences across the Group's family of Colleges and Training Centres in East Kent.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the Group to devise and deliver engaging and creative marketing campaigns and content strategies spanning a range of print and digital mediums, providing insights and reports to the Group Head of Marketing and Student Recruitment. The role will take you across the region, with routine travel to the Group's sites in Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone, Swale, and Thanet.

About You
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and creative person with excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience in Marketing, with a good understanding of audiences, messaging, and developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns. As a strong communicator, you will be confident working with a range of people including students, colleagues, and external professionals. You will have a good eye for detail, with excellent time and people management skills.
