About The Role

Are you an organised individual looking for purposeful work in administration? Support the student experience as a College Services Assistant. As a College Services Assistant at EKC Ashford College, you will provide effective and efficient administration as part of the College Support Services team. Your role responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the processing of enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries on the corporate data systems.
  • Helping with the operation of the Service Help Desk, including reviewing the jobs logged, contacting the appropriate support service, and coordinating pool vehicle bookings.

About You

We are seeking to appoint a College Services Assistant to our team at Ashford. At the heart of the College, the team is based in an open office, so you will need to have the ability to focus on tasks alongside answering calls and dealing with queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Supporting the processing of all incoming curriculum applications for the upcoming academic year and current short courses.
  • Contributing to a range of college processes, including:
    • Daily running of reception
    • General administration
    • Timetabling
    • Student enrolment
    • Maintenance of student records
    • Exams administration
  • Working accurately and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
