Inizio Medical is offering an entry-level training programme in medical communications called allegro.DRIVE. This programme is designed for life-science graduates who are quick learners with excellent project management skills and enjoy teamwork and building relationships.
As part of the Client Services team, you will begin with a 6-month training phase to learn about the role and the world of medical communications. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, building long-lasting relationships with clients by providing creative solutions.
To be considered for the role, you must have a minimum of a 2:1 in a Life Sciences degree and the permanent right to work in the UK. You should be a driven self-starter with excellent organisational skills and possess great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
The recruitment process involves submitting your CV and a personal summary of ≤500 words, followed by an invitation to an ‘in-person’ Assessment Centre in August 2024, which will include an individual task, group activity, and an interview.
