Due to continuing growth within Inizio Medical we’re looking for a Designer to join our Creative team at Ashfield MedComms. As a Designer, you will work with colleagues within Ashfield MedComms and our Creative Team to support in the development of creative deliverables across a variety of channels (both digital and print). Reporting to the Creative Director, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further develop their technical creative skills in a collaborative and fast paced environment. You will work closely with a team of Senior Designers and Associate Creative Directors on large client projects and have the opportunity to take ownership (including some elements of creative conceptualisation) of some smaller scale creative projects as assigned.
To succeed, you will have:
- Previous graphic design experience, coupled with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite incl. Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with an understanding of design communications and creative development across all channels.
- Ability to review design concepts and translate into modern graphic design solutions that align with target audiences.
- Demonstrable relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work within a team and under your own initiative.
- A strong eye for detail and consistency.
