Ashfield Veterinary Surgery in Annfield Plain, County Durham, are seeking a Clinical Director, Senior Vet or Head Vet to join the practice, located in a beautiful rural county within 6 miles of historic Durham City and 15 miles (or 15 mins on the train) from the bright lights of Newcastle upon Tyne.

The salary for the successful Clinical Director is up to 80k FTE dependent on experience, plus we are delighted to offer a welcome bonus of £5k. We are happy to discuss relocation packages for those interested in moving to the area.

The Role

You’ll be working alongside a forward-thinking clinical team of Vets, RVNs, receptionists, and admin support. Our practice has room to grow, and we’re looking for someone who can help lead that development while maintaining clinical excellence. This is a full-time role, with a share of Saturday mornings and no OOH.
