We are looking to appoint a motivated Attendance Administrator to join the team at Ashfield School. The role consists of working closely with the safeguarding team to persuade, empower and motivate families to engage and overcome barriers to positive attendance. You will also be required to complete general administration duties.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintain high standards, and proactively engage with young people. You will have experience working with young people in different settings, and experience updating and maintaining accurate records and systems. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is required.
