You'll have plenty of opportunity to learn, contribute and develop towards the next stage of your career.What you'll doAs a Senior Account Executive, you will support the delivery of multiple medical communications projects from initiation through to completion.You will:Manage project activities, timelines, trackers and deliverablesWork across a broad mix of publications and Medical Affairs projectsSupport publications including abstracts, posters, manuscripts and congress activitiesDeliver Medical Affairs initiatives such as advisory boards, scientific meetings, medical education and stakeholder engagement activitiesBe an important contact for clients and build relationshipsCoordinate internal scientific, editorial, creative and client services teamsSupport project budgets, financial tracking and invoicingIdentify potential risks or challenges and working with the wider team to find practical solutionsContribute ideas and help to continuously improve how projects are deliveredDevelop your understanding of client strategy and the wider objectives behind each programmeWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who has:Previous experience within a medical communications agency or similar healthcare communications environmentExperience managing multiple projects and competing prioritiesOrganisational and project management skillsConfidence communicating with clients and team membersAn understanding of the medical communications project lifecycleExperience in publications and/or Medical Affairs, with an interest in developing across bothStrong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approachWhy join Ashfield MedComms?You'll gain exposure to different project types, clients and ways of working, helping you build a rounded medical communications skill set.If you're ready to build on your medical communications experience and take the next step in a role offering breadth, responsibility and career development, we'd love to hear from you.At Inizio Medical, we believe our people are our strength.
