Senior Account Executive - PublicationsAshfield MedComms | Inizio MedicalAshfield MedComms is part of Inizio Medical, bringing together the expertise of leading medical communications agencies to create compelling scientific content and engage healthcare communities to achieve outcomes that matter.Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Ashfield MedComms team, supporting a publications-focused account.This is a great opportunity for someone with medical communications experience who is ready to strengthen their client-facing skills and continue developing their career.The roleAs a Senior Account Executive, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day delivery of scientific communications and publications projects. Working alongside experienced client services and scientific colleagues, you'll help keep projects moving, build strong client relationships and ensure work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.You will:Coordinate a range of publications projects, supporting delivery from initial brief through to completionWork across deliverables including manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress-related publicationsDevelop project timelines, trackers and status updates, keeping teams and clients informed of progressBuild relationships with clients and act as a reliable point of contactCoordinate with medical writers, editors, clients and other internal and external stakeholdersSupport publications planning and help ensure projects meet agreed objectives, timelines and quality standardsMonitor project budgets and support financial activities including estimates, invoicing and reconciliationIdentify potential project risks or challenges and work with senior colleagues to find practical solutionsDevelop your understanding of client products, therapy areas and the wider scientific landscapeContribute to a collaborative and supportive account teamWhat we're looking forYou'll have:Previous experience within a medical communications agency or similar pharmaceutical communications environmentHands-on experience supporting or delivering publications projectsProject management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working directly with clients and confidence building professional relationshipsAn understanding of project budgets and financial processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for developing your career in medical communicationsWhy Ashfield MedComms?You'll join a friendly, collaborative team where you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience, take on increasing responsibility and learn from experienced medical communications professionals.Alongside a competitive compensation and benefits package, we offer flexible ways of working and excellent opportunities for career and personal development within Ashfield MedComms and the wider Inizio Medical network.We offer great compensation and a competitive benefits package that includes private medical and a company pension.
