We are seeking a Business Insights Executive with a curious mindset and strong analytical capability to join our team. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing and progressing our people.
As part of the Insights team, you will support the business in delivering high-quality reports, communications, and proposals driven by data and insight. This is a varied role combining analytical thinking with creativity, working closely with Business Development and Operations teams on market analysis, territory design, and customer segmentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop insight-led solutions using internal and external data
- Analyse data and present clear, concise findings and recommendations
- Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards
- Support Business Development with market insights and proposal content
- Create compelling value propositions and tailored messaging
- Format and design professional, on-brand proposals
- Develop templates and reusable content to improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate, reliable company data for reporting
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and NHS
Desirable:
- SQL Server / SSRS experience
- Data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Understanding of data warehousing
- Proposal writing or marketing experience
- Degree or equivalent experience
