** Clinical Nurse Trainer****Basic Information**Job ID 20992 **Description****Clinical Nurse Trainer** **Location: Field-Based (UK-wide)** **Salary: Competitive, plus excellent benefits** About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Clinical Nurse Trainer to join our Patient Solutions team. In this field-based role, you will deliver training, support, and development to clinical teams, patients, and their families. You will also contribute to the creation of training tools and ensure high standards of care are maintained across our services. Key Responsibilities • Provide training and education to clinical teams, ensuring safe and effective practice. • Deliver patient education and support both in-person and virtually. • Maintain evidence-based, up-to-date training materials and documentation. • Work independently, managing training initiatives and escalating issues when necessary. • Report adverse events and clinical incidents as per policy. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including NMC and company policies. • Complete all necessary administrative tasks in line with program KPIs. Requirements & Qualifications • Current NMC registration and degree-level education (or equivalent). • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience. • Additional qualifications in CVAD, Parenteral Nutrition (desirable). • Experience in clinical training or mentorship (desirable). • Full UK driving licence and ability to work autonomously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
