Training & Development Specialist – Commercial &Patient Solutions

At InizioEngage, we’re looking for a Training & Development Specialist to shape, deliver, and evolve training programmes that ensure our Commercial and Patient Solutions teams have the skills and confidence to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with client managers to understand team needs and design tailored training plans.
• Delivering engaging training and coaching sessions—both for individuals and groups—covering digital platforms, remote engagement, onboarding, client systems, and compliance.
• Supporting new starters and project transfers, ensuring a seamless and confident start.
• Acting as a brand ambassador in client meetings, showcasing your expertise and professionalism.
• Ensuring compliance with industry codes (e.g. ABPI, NMC) and maintaining training records to the highest standard.
• Continuously reviewing and enhancing our training materials and processes to meet evolving business needs.

What we’re looking for

• A degree (or equivalent), plus an ABPI qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales and/or customer service.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, or facilitation with strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of both primary and secondary healthcare practices.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across stakeholders.
