As a **Primary Care Account Specialist**, you’ll play an important role in bringing this new team to life, building trusted customer relationships, driving impactful engagement across Primary Care and contributing to better outcomes for patients living with respiratory disease. **So, what will you be doing?** **Responsibilities (including but not limited to):** - Support awareness and implementation of evidence-based guidelines and positive market access positioning through compliant account engagement. - Drive commercial success by delivering against clear commercial and account objectives. - Identify and develop account opportunities aligned with local healthcare priorities and unmet healthcare needs. - Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across practices, PCNs and wider local healthcare networks. - Identify opportunities for approved partnership working and healthcare improvement initiatives. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues, bringing together the right expertise and resources to drive the business. - Identify opportunities using advance data and digital capabilities. - Bring strong NHS and market access knowledge, including experience navigating local formularies, guidelines and healthcare pathways. - Maintain strong clinical and therapy-area expertise to deliver credible, informed customer engagement. - Operate to the highest standards of compliance, working within AstraZeneca governance, SLAs, SOPs and the ABPI Code of Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical professional to play a key role in the launch of a brand-new Primary Care team. Bringing strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the NHS, you’ll identify opportunities, navigate local healthcare priorities and build trusted relationships across your accounts. Combining customer insight with strategic account planning, you’ll identify opportunities, build stakeholder relationships and deliver effective account plans that support both business objectives and local healthcare priorities.
