We are excited to offer the opportunity to join the allegro.DRIVE programme at Inizio Medical as an Associate Account Executive and become part of our Client Services team. Your employment will begin with an initial 6-month training phase, helping you learn about the role and the world of medical communications. You will join one of our agencies (Nucleus Global, Ashfield MedComms, ApotheCom or MediStrava), bringing science and creativity together to deliver world-class communications solutions to clients, working on the newest, life-changing therapies for patients.

What’s the job?

As an Associate Account Executive, you will work in a fast-paced environment as part of a thriving team, responsible for project and financial management and delivering excellence to our clients. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, build long-lasting relationships with clients by offering creative solutions to challenges, and demonstrate project management skills to enable projects to be delivered on time, on budget and to our high standards.

Recruitment process

To apply, please send your CV together with a personal summary of ≤500 words highlighting skills, interests and relevant experience. Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person Assessment Centre in October 2025 (dates to be confirmed). The Assessment Centre will include an individual task, a group activity and an interview, plus an opportunity to learn more about Inizio Medical. The programme commences in November and will run from our Manchester, London, Macclesfield and Glasgow offices.
