Salary / rate: £12-21 per hour basic for over 21 - days rate - 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday; 7:30 to 14:00 Friday. NOTE: we work every other Friday so this is a 37 hour week. £10.00 basic for 18 to 20 years.
Work is regular days initially but there are frequent vacancies for 2 or 3 shift working once trained.
- 3 shift rate - 33% premium for all 3 shifts: 6-14; 14-22; 22-6
- 2 shift rate - 20% premium for both shifts: 6-14; 14-22

Full training will be given and supervision is always on hand to help. We have a good, committed friendly workforce and are looking for more of the same - self-starters who come, do their job and take pride in their work without the need for heavy supervision.
Ashfield Extrusion Ltd is a specialist in the manufacture of aluminium impact extrusions and subsequent machining, finishing and printing operations. The Company makes a wide range of products for a number of markets. We export over 50% of what we make. Owing to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a number of people for permanent work on days to begin with but shift work may be available after training. Most of our workforce are on regular days. We would also be willing to take on some people for temporary contracts whilst we are recruiting for the permanent positions.
Students looking for summer work are welcome to apply. Holidays are 24 per year plus statutory.
