Ashfield District Council is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide a comprehensive surveying service within the Major Works & Assets teams, managing procurement and financial control of construction projects.
The role covers preparation of contract documents, cost estimates, budget monitoring and final accounts from feasibility to completion.
