Ashfield District Council is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Major Works & Assets teams, delivering comprehensive QS services for Council projects from feasibility to completion.

You will prepare contract documents, appraisals, cost estimates, budgets and final accounts, monitor spend, and forecast needs.

This role is full-time in Sutton-in-Ashfield with progression and development opportunities.
