The predicted salary is between 22700 - 30000 £ per year.

Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Plasterer to join our team based in Kirkby in Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,711 - £30,060 per annum (pay award pending).

We are looking to expand the team with a qualified Plasterer to undertake repairs and maintenance work in both tenanted and empty properties. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our customers' homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works.

You will possess the appropriate City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with knowledge of general building and construction. You will require a friendly and positive outlook, along with experience of dealing with the public and a full valid driving licence.
