Are you passionate about helping people sustain their tenancies and providing excellent customer service? Do you have strong administrative and communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Income Co-ordinator to join our Housing Management Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
You will play a key role in supporting rent collection and preventing arrears by contacting tenants, negotiating repayment arrangements, providing advice and support, and making referrals to specialist services where needed. You will also assist with Universal Credit administration, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records and contribute to delivering an excellent income recovery service.
The successful candidate will have strong communication, customer service and administrative skills, be confident using IT systems and be able to work effectively as part of a busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within Housing Management while making a positive difference to tenants and communities.
