Ashfield District Council have an exciting opportunity for an Income Co-ordinator to join the team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, 12-month fixed term contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,274 - £29,071 per annum. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Income Co-ordinator to join our Housing Management Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will play a key role in supporting rent collection and preventing arrears by contacting tenants, negotiating repayment arrangements, providing advice and support, and making referrals to specialist services where needed. You will also assist with Universal Credit administration, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records and contribute to delivering an excellent income recovery service. The successful candidate will have strong communication, customer service and administrative skills, be confident using IT systems and be able to work effectively as part of a busy team.
